The panel (fiberglass, I think?) on the inside of the driver's side door of my '68 W300 has split at the screw holes for the arm rest. When it happened the first time I put some 1 1/2" washers on the back side, which helped for a while. Now the washers have pulled through. Does anyon

Or maybe just a flat bar across the back of the panel like your washers, but one piece across.
