Hello, Is it possible (within reason) to take a cab and front clip from a 68 W200 and transplant it on a 62 W500 chassis? I know the fenders are different, and it would not have the factory look. I currently own the W500 and the cab is totally beat. No rust, but dented badly with no glass. Has anyo

as mentioned before here are the big differences:
trans hump is lower on a 300 and up series
column hole in floor is different configuration and location

Not mentioned:
the column mount that the dash and column bolt to is in-board about 2 full inches on a 300 as opposed to a 100/200.

outside of the subtle differences the swap is doable but you need to measure twice and cut once.

though not by choice i put a 300 cab on this truck:
