The name you entered is already registered by another user. If you are that user, please login. Otherwise, please use another name.

The system will not let you post with a username that is already registered, or in your case, is in a Pending User Confirmation registration status.
I'm not sure what you mean by "post my imageeventsite address in the forum?"
