When I wleded all those broken ones I welded long plates on one side for reinforcement. my truck was extremely abused by a big utility comapny as well. they shoould have installed a steel floor. those washers are incorrect and have since installed the correct offset washers that do not overlap the bed strip. from back to front the bed bolts go straight down thru the frame. the fronts are thru brackets on the outside of the frame
