The alternator tension might even the load, being on the opposite side. Good thought, I'm looking for input like this. I might have to install harmonic balacer to get two grooves. What have you guy's tried? Thanks again, Larry.

So your saying to install a harmonic balancer in order to get 2 groove pulley on the crank. Again I ask, can the power steering pump be driven from the water pump pulley? Thanks, Larry

This truck is Canadian built with a forged crank, internally balanced. I did a frame off restoration and I assure you there is no harmonic balancer on the crank. The timing mark is a tiny hole drilled in the pulley which is keyed and bolted to the crank. My question remains, do any of you Mopar guy's drive your power steering pump from your water pump pulley? That appears to be my onl

Hello!!: I am thinking of installing the CPP power steering conversion on my 67 Fargo D100. Engine is the Poly 318. Engine has the forged crankshaft, internally balanced, therefor no harmonic balancer on the crank. My question is, I require a double groove pulley to drive the power steering pump. I know that a double groove crank pulley for the forged crank is hard to come by,(I would li

I am running LT235-75-15 on my 67 Fargo D100 and I am on my 3rd set of seals in the steering box. How much would I gain re: stress on the box and easier steering if I put LT205-75-15 on the front? Thanks. Larry

Hi All: Off truck topic, but a Poly question. A friend of mine is restoring a 1956 Plymouth Fury. It has a 303 Poly engine. The question he needs answered is does it need a harmonic balancer or just a crankshaft pulley? He does not have either. Thanks, Larry. (67 Fargo D100)

Hi All: Well, thanks to Paypal and my credit card Co., I received my refund, ($234.00) from Imperial Services. No word from Steve as to why he did not send mounts or answer my e-mails or phone calls! I hope he's allright, although I will not be dealing with him again. This was the second time I tried to purchase these mounts. Thanks for your replys/comments re: this item. Larry.

Hi: Try warming up the clutch with a hair dryer or heat gun! It should get stiffer to turn as it warms up! I installed one on the Fargo. I had to move the rad forward to fit. I was told the critical measurment was to be 1" from the rad core to the clutch fins. Mine was from a 98 360, 5 blade. Works like a champ! Larry.
