After I clearance cut the firewall I fabricated a new floor bracket for the column using the original 69 design and incorporated the 86 Ramcharger bracket into the new one.

Here are pic's of the 86 tilt with a 70 Challenger wheel completely rebuilt and installed. I also flipped the shift arm on the column 180 degrees to put the shift linkage inside the frame rail vs the 86 outside design.
The IFS swap is pretty much complete now with steering. So, this will conclude the 1991 Dodge D150 IFS conversion.
