Hi Chaps Any one else had this. The float in the gas tank hits the side of the tank behind the rear seat on my crew cab when the tank is half full (when!!!!!) I took it out then rotated it anti clockwise and it seems to have cured it. Is there a set position for it? cheers all John

As opposed to vertical... winking smiley
The float ( cork ) is positioned horizontal. There is really only one way to install it, but the wire needs to be adjusted to position the float so that it is perfectly horizontal and with clearance on either side of the tank wall.

This isn't a Sweptline float, but it's similar.
