I recently had the need to purchase a new vehicle. I had to buy something easier to get in and out of than a truck. I have been having really bad trouble with my back and legs. So I bought a 1999 plymouth Grand Voyager SE that is in nice shape and well taken care of, it's easy for me to get in

Maybe you're sleeping with your foot layin on the bed pan? Try moving it to the other side of the bed...
I used to have problems getting up in the morning, but not anymore! Now I don't get up until at least noon.
