Thanks, guys! May be the Ajax with one of the buffing wools would do it, worth a try!
Yeah, George, I heard about that hah! Just pull the air cleaner, shake the Ajax down the spout, good to go. I think it seats the bearings too ...
Dilute Muriatic acid can be used to remove water spots or calcification on glass, like when sprinklers have sprayed on it for years. However it can erode the glass & even weaken it if you're not careful.
