Hello everyone. I'm a new 68 d200 owner. I bought it running, barely, and am working on cleaning it up. Pulled the gas tank, leaking and the radiator, leaking too. A source for replacement or repair would be helpful. But mostly I'm concerned about the oil on the plug tips. Is that a sure

Ive got used tanks available for $175 shipping included.
Oil on the plugs almost always means leaking valve stems, but bad rings will do it too. It will never be the plug threads or a valve cover gasket.
