Hello everyone. I'm a new 68 d200 owner. I bought it running, barely, and am working on cleaning it up. Pulled the gas tank, leaking and the radiator, leaking too. A source for replacement or repair would be helpful. But mostly I'm concerned about the oil on the plug tips. Is that a sure

Those are seals to keep oil from dripping to the outside of the engine.Nothing to do with the spark end of the plug in the sealed combustion chamber. Like Terry suggested...oil on end of plug:rings or valve issues most likely. do a dry and wet compression test to start.
