2pm, nice sunny day, sitting at the table in front of the picture window to make a tele call. Looking at the ducks swimming in the river 10' past the porch and there is a clunk on the front steps. Holy Shit!, that's no dog! Blonde brown bear just came up the steps onto the porch, sniffing

I had a Kodiac bear stand up on his hind legs and tell me to leave the garbage dump up in Kodiac one year. He meant, as in now.!!

After earlier bear comments I went surfing the internet to get my own nostalgic picture again.

They are huge. This guy was "king of the hill".! LOL

I did 60 mph in 44 strides and made it to safety.

When I got back home I told my friends about the incident.

I described to them that he, (the bear) was the size of a volkswagon standing on it's exhaust tips pointing skyward.

"Huge and Scary" is my recollection. Gordo
