Has anyone installed power steering on a '68 W200? Or is it even possible to do? If so, I'd like to hear/see what it would take to do that.

Yes it's possible. I think Doug in Idaho had a '67 set up with it, and I sold parts to a guy last weekend who said he'd removed the factory setup from his '66 Power Wagon. What are you looking to accomplish by adding power steering? The factory style was very vauge feeling to drive, and was quite leak prone. If you aren't afraid to fabricate, I've seen newer Dodge boxes, as well as Ford and Toyota power steering boxes all swapped on sucessfully. Do some searches over on Scott's site. Or just run skinny tires...
