What all would I need to convert a 3 speed on the column to a 4 speed on the floor? I have no problems doing this myself and figured I would need a 4 spd tranny and a standard steering column but not sure about the bell housing and drive shaft. Anyone out there done this one before? Thanks. AC - Th

Just did this swap on a '67 shorty. The A745 is a long tail. The np435 is shorter. You will need a longer single DS ( larger diameter) or a 2 piece with carrier bearing and bracket. Is your truck a swb or lwb. As john said...you need a 10 spline a spd. Everything else will fit.I just removed the shift rod from my column.
