What all would I need to convert a 3 speed on the column to a 4 speed on the floor? I have no problems doing this myself and figured I would need a 4 spd tranny and a standard steering column but not sure about the bell housing and drive shaft. Anyone out there done this one before? Thanks. AC - Th

Thanks.......Sounds fairly simple to me. It is a LWB truck and a custom DS is pretty easy to come by. I would opt for a single DS versus a carrier bearing to eliminate another wear joint. Any other ideas on this?
Does the floor have a plate bolted in or a recessed cut-out for the 4 speed?............cannot remember.
