I recently looked at a 1966 D200 Power Wagon but the doors had the push button handles and the hood did not look like a D100/D200 2-wheel drive model. The VIN checks out as a 1966 D200 Power Wagon but I thought the doors from 1966 earlier were ALL the refrigerator style? Are Power Wagons an exception? The hood is different also.
