I recently looked at a 1966 D200 Power Wagon but the doors had the push button handles and the hood did not look like a D100/D200 2-wheel drive model. The VIN checks out as a 1966 D200 Power Wagon but I thought the doors from 1966 earlier were ALL the refrigerator style? Are Power Wagons an excepti

The Power Wagon is a 4wd "W" model. Push button doors could
indicate a door/striker switch or cab swap. The hood could
have been replaced with a '69-'71 style hood. What does the
dashboard look like?....
