I recently purchased a rust free 68 D 300 which has had only one owner since early seventies. It has 52,000 original. . Strong 318 with NP 435 4 speed. Love this flatbed and the way it drives.!! ( up to 52 mph ) I want to refresh this D 300 and it will soon replace my existing newer dually. This D3

Hey Doug, super to hear from you. Thanks for utilizing your diesel power to hook up to my flat bar and tow my newly aquired D300 up the Lewiston / Clarkston grade.
My 360 727 surely appreciated it. I think that my picking up the tab at Wendys hamburger was insufficient.
I had a blowout on the left front on the D300 while going downhill into Dayton Wa. "downhill"! I was towing the D300 at 52 mph when it happened.!!
Miraculisly, and with "much driving skill" My towing vehicle D350 dually had very little problem. I went back and picked up the D300 the following day,
