I went all over/under/ around the steering box mounted on my 1971 D300 and could NOT find any plug to remove to check oil. There are two slotted bolt/lock nut adjustment , but no other way into the oil. It would seem that the missing plug should be on the top or near the top, but nothing. All I found were the following numbers, which are probably the casting numbers 24JC21 FYI this is a Ross box. Any ideas??? thanks R
