I have a 1967 C500 with a 361 and I want to rebuild it. NAPA has the gasket kit, but I'm having a time finding ring and bearing kit. Is there a difference between the 361 in cars and in medium duty trucks as far as gasket set and ring and bearing? Thanks. Danny

That's mostly irrelevant. You can't order rings or bearings until you tear down the engine and determine whether it has been or needs boring and crank grinding. At that point you measure the bore and journals then order parts to fit.
As for car vs truck, a 361 is a 361.
