Interesting fill-in on the front fender wheel cutout.
Notice where the top of the hood is - right about chin level, headlights at chest level and turn sigs above the belt. W500's are King when it comes to stock ride height.
The 64 model yr started in Sep 63. Some DMV idiot called it a 63. Whatever the VIN says, is what it is. Titles are OFTEN afu, so the title never means jack.
