The 318 flywheel can be used, however the rotating assembly, crank, pistons and rods, needs to be balanced along with the flywheel.
Talk to a local machine shop, they can do that and it's not much cost, just a lot of work to tear it down and re-assemble. Talk to your local machine shop first, they may have a suggestion.
