Hi fellas I just about have this ready to put on ebay.
Last time I became a bit worried when I put my crewcab on ebay at no reserve.!!
I haven't made up my mind whether or not to do that again.!!
The crewcabs end price came out ok, so I may do it on this one.!!
This is about a 1800.00 - 2200.00 dollar paint job at ones favorite body shop, when one includes some minor dents so, I am torn between to gamble with, or, be careful and use a reserve. LOL
I did start with a good body on this one. It had only minor dents, minor floor pan rust. The floor was so good I elected to leave it natural.
Having said that, For the new owner, I will do a floor pan rust defense, and lightly fiberglass the floor pan for 70.00 additional. I personally always like to do that on these sweptlines as dampness in some areas will deteriorate pans if not protected beyond factory.
Me? I would suggest to do a fibreglass now, even though these are years away from a severe rust problem.
