it is rarely cold in FLA and the days i was shooting it was in the uppr 70's/low 80's with about 60% humidity (dry for FLA).

i think the problem was poor technique in painting, crappy HVLP, and the process i used to degrease the primer (i did not use a wet and dry rag).

live and learn!

blocking it all out again and will respray it in the coming weeks.

it will probably turn out for the better
