i have been looking at many pictures of 70 d100's. there are numerous ones with 2 extra oblong holes punched in the core support under the grill. why do some hae them and some dont?? i think this has been covered way back when, but i cant remember if we ever came to a conclusion. mine dosnt ha

yeah, my dad punched a bunch of holes in the core support to enhance the cooling.
i took an old grill and 'frenched' in a section of it to clean up the look... i like the slots better than a series of holes.
