I never had a bad Mopar vehicle but it seems that they always got bad reviews in Consumer Reports rag and other "consumer' propaganda publications. A few days ago I read an online article titled "ten best cars and ten worst cars in 2010", with credit given to CR and Forbes mags. As usual the Lexus was rated the best (at $65K). There was a Ford and a GM in the alledged top ten, and the rest were Asian. Then I read the worst ten, and to my surprise there was no Mopar. This might sound like negative logic, but if CR couldn't bad mouth a Chrysler and put at least one model in their worst ten that tells me that Chrysler is doing something right. I'm glsd to see it and hope the trend continues.
BTW, if you want to see a real measure of how cars stack up, go to www.carcomplaints.com. In many years the Honda's that CR loved so much rated worse than the Intrepid's that had that troublesome engine.
