Hello!!: I am thinking of installing the CPP power steering conversion on my 67 Fargo D100. Engine is the Poly 318. Engine has the forged crankshaft, internally balanced, therefor no harmonic balancer on the crank. My question is, I require a double groove pulley to drive the power steering pump. I

Larry,
There has to be a harmonic balancer on your engine.
The pulleys have nothing to do with whether the engine is internal or external balance. As far as I know all small block pulleys will work on your harmonic balancer.
