check your laws carefully before you go try to fight. i was written here on a no seat belt ticket in my 65. it didnt come with them, but they had been added to the truck. around here the law is that if they are there, you have to wear them. doesnt matter if it came with them or not. if they are in the car/truck, you have to have them on. also, if the officer sees where they have been removed, they can write you as well. so pretty much if they have ever been in the truck, you are stuck wearing the damn things. i lost my fight on it because i wasnt prepared, dont let it happen to you.
