I actually can't comment on its glare-reducing ability. I don't know if it is better in this aspect. Dodge thought it was better in some way. Cheaper to produce is better to a company trying to make money but not necessarily better to the people buying the product. I actually think the metal one looks better but I won't have either when my truck is done.

Franky, how come what you say is right until a source is mentioned proving you wrong but what I say is wrong until I prove myself right. Seems like a double standard to me. I don't post here often but when I do it isn't just for the hell of it. There was a debate and I thought I could provide a conclusion. I'm usually sure of what I post being correct or I would say "I think". Sometimes I do learn something is different than what I posted it to be, but not often.

Change for the sake of change isn't better but if change is needed or an improvement is made then it is better than nothing. I don't like how the format of this site was changed by Bravenet.
