Was it possible to get a 1962 W100 Short box with 3/4 ton drive? Was that something you could get? If so how would you know you have it?

My '62 W100 has the same rear spring rating as our '64 W200 parts truck (1750 lb.) but our '65 W100 is rated at 1350 lb or something like that.
