Just check the valves yourself. If you have any amount of lash, and not something insane like an 1/8", u will get a correct reading on the compression test. As long as u crank it until it doesnt build anymore. With #'s like that, u will be tearing that puppy down. Just a little out of adjustment is not going to cause that kind of ugly low #s.
