Norm, Terry is using threaded mode for the message list display, so he doesn't see latest post field. Actually, it would be quite redundant to display latest post date in threaded mode because the all of the message headers with post dates are already displayed.

Terry, you should see the new flag on a Sticky topic. Announcements should too. However, I agree, I'd rather see the thread displayed. I need to start a list of issues before I start forgetting...
