There are a handful of Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealers around Buffalo, NY
and the suburbs. When I was in the market for a new truck last December
they, unfortunately, weren't in the ballpark price wise.... not even
close. One dealership 85 miles away was the only one I could find that
actually worked off of dealer invoice but then they played games on
trade in value. In general.... all I got was "glazed eyes" and MSRP and
this came from the managers. It will be interesting to see how many of
our area dealerships "make the cut". I don't know what others think,
but I liken a "Five Star Dealership" to a company that is ISO certified.
Neither certification really means squat in the big picture.
