The way auto corperations are structured alows the high volume dealers to wield a big stick. It is hard to deacribe but it happens ar regional level with the regional managers (looking for brownie points and scared of their job)getting in bed with the dealers. Many years ago dealers started "organizations" and got together to further control the corperation (think union)
