I heard from Painless wiring today, They cant help with a harness for my year truck, so its back to the drawing board, I might have to go Jimmies route after all, Unless someone can suggest something else. Cheers John

Thanks for your input fellas, Jimmie you sure make it sound easy but I'm pretty sure I'd end up in a wreck but thanks. The painless wiring seems the way to go I checked the web site and it seems great. Can anyone give me an idea of costs? Its gonna be awkward trying to do it by phone with the time difference and all maybe it would work with emails.But it do sound good. Thanks again Cha

Hi All Jerry havent gotten round to the spacers yet I think I may have a problem with the rear Diff away on a motorcycle holiday in Devon for a week will check it out when I get back. Hi thanks Doug but do NOT have the later axle only original which is the one ton rated, The only way I can make the steering lighter is to run with 30psi in the front tires which are 33"x 12.50x16.5 but then the ride is really rough, its rough at 25psi but would be way worse. also Have now rebuilt pump its a little better, Cheers John

Hi Chaps well I put a seal kit into my power steering pump and it seemed a little better, Im still getting lack of power as I get almost to full lock its worse to the left. I have the ram system with the control valve on the gdrag link and the ram on the tie bar im getting to my wits end with this one. Can anyone help. Thanks john

Hi chaps Just been watching Good Morning Viet Nam and spotted a 70? Dodge stepside I saw a glimpse of it earlier in the film but managed to stop frame on it just after he plays the James Brown song. Love to spot them old trucks. Cheers All John

Ok Wheels are a set of keystones alloy they are all the same. The truck drives fine no tire scrubbing its just that the cops piss me off its now five times they sit behind and say its crabbing .I got a buddy to drive it on the motorway (freeway) And it does look a little unusual. I wouldnt say it looks like crabbing its just that the rear axle is offset I was Once told this is normal so that t

Hi chaps my power steering was getting heavy then it quit so I tore down the pump and ordered a seal kit but what I found is considerable wear on the rotor anyone have any idea where I can get a replacement? Hi again Iv gotten myself confused, OK on 4x4s w100 up series the rear axle appears from behind to be offset i think by almost 5" which gives the appearance that the truck is crabbing i understand from others that this is normal. Heres the question how or what do I need to do too make axles the same or at least make the wheels follow or be in line with the front ones. I dont think I'

Hi Chaps This may sound like a dumb question but what can go wrong with the power steering pump? I developed a leak from the front seal so I changed the pump for another one I'v had laying around for years when I first started the engine it was great but then it started to get heavy now it seems to be pulsating I tried jacking the truck and turning back and forth but its still not right So
