The color is called "flame red." It was on a new Power Wagon at the local dealership so we decided to paint it the same. Rob

We are using the frame originally from the Town Panel. The frame in the picture is the donor W200 frame. We are going to have to add/remove a few cross members. Rob

There's some sort of jack up underneath on the frame. It didn't look that safe. The picture does look a little confusing. We'll go pick the 66 up next weekend or later this week. Rob

My Dad and I went and picked up a 1962 D200 LWB. I am going to be working on it over the summer for a friend. He had a 360 built for it. It originally had a 318 and 4 speed. It has a little rust problems by the cab mounts and the front of the hood, other than that it's pretty solid. It comes with a parts truck 1966 D100 LWB. <a href="; target="_blank"><img src=&quo

A friend has a 1968 D100 with Slant 6, 3 on the column and he was thinking about swapping in a 318. Would the tranny from the Slant 6 bolt right up? Do the A and LA 318's have the same bolt up pattern? What extra parts would be needed to swap it in. I haven't ever dealt with those transmissions before. Thanks, Rob

Hey Phil, I was trying to add our '68 D100 to the Sweptline Registry. It recognizes the serial number when when I first decode it, but when I fill out the details and submit, it tells me the serial number is not a valid Dodge Sweptline serial number. Rob

There is currently no thermostat in it right now so when I filled it there should have been no air bubble. I also checked the level of the coolant after it warmed up a little and it hadn't dropped. Rob

We have been having a problem with the radiator forcing coolant out. When we drive the truck (1962 W100 with newly rebuilt Poly 318) on the freeway it runs great and the temp gauge is straight up and down for about 15-20 mins and then it slowly moves towards the 2/3's mark and coolant blows out. We put on an overflow tank a while back to see if that would help solve the problem and now it fi

We had a nice visit from a fellow Sweptliner from Bakersfield yesterday. He just bought a 1968 D100 with a slant 6. He was over visiting friends and gave us a call. On his way over to the house the carb decided to give up. Gas was pouring out all over the place. Luckily we had an extra single barrel carb laying around and it worked out. It was a pretty clean truck. <a href="; title="

Found this on craigslist: Truck Link Has all the chrome, a V8 (What I dont know), three on the column, HD gauges and some sort of bucket seats. Would be cool if it was a HPP truck. I would think about it except I'm already trying to buy a W200 Crew Cab after we sell our '65 W100. Rob
