All RB's share the same stroke, all B's share the same stroke.Quote

cam and intake choice will determine how much low end that engine will have. the extra displacement will only help the low end if the rest of the engine is built properly. if i remember right 413 and 426 share the same crank, same stroke. cam it right, carb it right, and let it breath. youll have a stump puller.
The extra displacement has no determination upon torque, if the stroke/bore ratio is not modified by the cam.
Boring a 413 out to 426 only increases fuel consumption and increases the rpm at which that torque is made.
Looking at the bore and stroke I listed above you will see a correlation between the low rpm and torque that is created by engines with more stroke than bore. Breathing is very important, but stroke is more important than bore, when building a low rpm "puller".
