I had a blade on my fan just bend and tear up the radiator. Never seen that happen before. I've got plenty of clearance and the motor is tied down.

How can it be metal fatigue? It did NOT come apart, nor is it even cracked. Its just bent, an INCH forward, til it hit the rad.

Gary, did u try straightening it? Im curious how much force is required to bend it back to straight. However much force that is, it would have been more to make the initial bend. What u are describing is totally implausible to have happened just from revving, unless the blade was so damaged that it bent from the force of drawing the air. There is not much force from that. Ive straightened many a blade that was bent. Doesnt take much effort to bend them and they never have bent back during use.
After reviewing all of your posts. The evidence indicates that the fan was damaged when u installed it.
