Hi guys!
I've mentioned several times in the past that there's an upgrade modification to the instrument panel to improve the voltage regulation to the fuel & temp gauge. The fix is to change to solid state transistorized voltage regulation. More info is found at these links:

Aside from that I'm posting now because I stumbled across the replacement for the OEM voltage regulator for the gauge panel! I though it was NLA discontinued but I guess not, because Rock Auto Parts lists it and it looks identical. This is to change voltage from 12VDC to 5VDC for fuel gauge etc. For those who want to maintain 100% stock equipment this is the answer to wayward gauges. It's at the bottom of the page: [ACDELCO Part # C3965 {#19162149}
