Run GL4 in the trans and Tcase if 4x4, and run it in diffs if they do not have clutch type limited slip spools. that is what the book calls for. GL5 is for limited slip type differentials and why it exists. I have run GL5 in open diffs before and noticed it tends to thin out more with heat than the GL4 does.
my 61 has lock waahers on the ujoint straps.
