Gordo, If you have a good parts man,you can get the ends new from Gates or Edelmann. I have just used the ends that came on the junk yard steering gear and pump and had hoses made up at my local Kaman. The small pressure side used a 1 wire wrap hose. The larger return line was nothing special and just hose clamped on.I cant give you dimensions ,as I no longer own a truck with this set up. I had a friend in high school whose dad bought a brand new 1980 ford f250 4x4.It had factory death wobble. When it happened he had to slow to 35 mph and start over. They never did get it sorted out.Traded it off after a couple years. I think it was actually Al Gore that first coined the term Death Wobble. It was just before he invented the Internet.

I love that first picture of after the hunt. I also like that last one. I think that 93,the way it is set up, is the best of the best for a simple, tough, economical truck. It looks like you take great care of your trucks!I have wanted a Cummins Dodge since 89.I finally got my first,a91,last year.It makes me wonder why I waited soo long.

Another thing that is often overlooked is the small raised areas,or pads,on the backing plates that the shoes rest on. This area is meant to have a light coat of lube (short fibre grease or anti seize). Some vehicles go for many brake rebuilds and have the backing plates cleaned with no lube applied to this area.Tight fitting shoes, bad wheel bearings , loose spindles, misfit wheels, and general wear

What Andy did is use a Bendix drag link/control valve from a 61-71 D100 -300 He chopped off the steering knuckle end and replaced the end with a heim joint. He installed an aftermarket ram in place of the original ram. You say your current system isn't doing the job. What is your current system,eh? What year and model is your truck,eh? Andy has a short build thread on Scott's s

I would have to double check, but 17 teeth sounds right for the wide ratio. The stick out on a 1967 435 is 9 1/2" with about 1 1/2 "into the 318s small pilot hole.you would only need a 7 3/4-8" stick out if you used a bearing in the torque converter register hole.
