They have crimped ends, just like a high presure power steering line. I have the original lines on all but one of my trucks, never had one fail.

Yes, it can be done.Norm has done it.Frankie has done it. I have done it,just to name a few. I like the 91-93 Dodge dana 60 axle best(80-90 are ok too). They can be found in the single rear wheel 1 tons or the 3/4 ton cummins trucks. They average $1000 in price, but will save you money in the long run,as they are very beefy.I put a used D60 in front of my 68 and drove it trouble free for 60,000

I had a grampa named Jack, but I never helped him off a horse,or grammar. My father had a Mammouth Jack that he used as a stud.We never needed to help Jack off the horse, but we did have to build a ramp to help Jack onto the horse...

Steve, The throttle cable part # 2230 995 (complete)or 1930 295(knob w/ wire)is the same as a choke or vent cable, except for the letter T on the knob. There is a circular dimple in your firewall that you drill out for the cable and caseing to fit through. This hole is directly behind the top of the top of the linkage that goes through the firewall,in line with where the carb throttle rod hooks on.

It could be worse...you could have your house for sale. I know what you mean about the truck for sale.I put mine in the spokane craigslist a couple days ago, went back to edit the ad four hours later...250 cars for sale had been added in that short time.

Paul, I have looked over your webpage in the past.I think the 67 power wagon you chose is a great "wow,I didn't know they came with that" truck. All of the parts of that truck are correct, but I have never seen them combined as such.It is a GREAT EXAMPLE of sweptline Power Wagons! Doug

I just used rattle cans.I sanded and painted a panel at a time, when I had time.I started on the roof and worked my way down.It helps to mask where you quit and back mask when you start again. Those trigger gizmos are a great help too.I must of used at least 30 cans on the dark red one. The paint starts to dull after a year in the sun,but it still beats a multicolored truck...I still need to pai

These trucks are 67 w200s. The lighter colored one is a crew cab and past totw. The dark red one is as truck that I bought in the summer of 04.It was bought new by Dr. Edwards of Bonners Ferry Idaho. Then in the early eighties was sold and used as a plow truck. It became orphaned in a divorce, and I bought it. It has the original 383 and running gear.It has the custom trim and a factory tach.

They use MgCl2 almost daily in the winter on the Lewiston hill.It has been hell on my work trucks tailgate,as they rust from the inside out.No amount of washing can prevent this. They also use gravel, when its too cold for deicer, so you still get the windshield and paint dammage.

"you don't need that cross member the bell bolts to. you could just shave the rivets and eliminate it all together. the trans cross member alone would be more then adequate. my 70 only has the one at the tail shaft from the factory." Trey, If you look at your later cross member and compare it to the early ,bolt in style, and then look at the boxed in section at the spring hange

Hi Gordo! The 61-68 trucks use the setup that Trey described. They torch the x member directly below the rubber bellhousing mounts, then bolt on the angle iron spanners, and add a rear x member,as Trey described. Starting in 1969 Dodge got it together. They decided to move the tranny X member back,so it worked with manual or auto. This new three piece x member is more herky, and has about a jil

You're welcome Michael. Another thing that you can't see in the photo is a plastic cylinder that goes from the back of the booster to the firewall. This so the booster can draw/vent clean air from the cab.You most likely have something similar on the helitool kit? Doug
