That is nice. My mom had a Dynasty which is the same body, low mileage. When she passed I tried to sell it, no one would give me what the car was worth. Drove nice, good on gas.

Seem like once I get far away from Ohio the price of chrome drops. I just hate to ship something like that.

The rest of the truck is pretty nice. The rear bumper I have is the sport bumper which matches the front. I'm surprised they haven't come out with a powder coat that is dead on to chrome. When my mom used to do ceramics they had a glaze that was dead on to chrome.

I've got a 1970 D100. I have a good rear chrome bumper for it. Would like to chrome the front, but chrome is too much money. Whats your opinion on a chrome on the rear and painted white on the front?

I know what truck you are speaking of. I seen it at Chryslers at Carlisle. The guy did a very nice job on this thing.

They started doing that back in July because the NASCAR fans made a very good point....we can't tell the cars apart.

Chrysler doesn't have to report sales publicly since they are a privately held company. Actually their sales were up the last quarter while everyone else's went down. Check out allpar.com, they post the sales numbers on there.

Look at new LaCrosse, it has a sweptline down the side. I seen a foreign car that has that line too, can't remember the brand. Dodge needs to add a sweptline to a truck.

My 70 D100 came with what appeared to be factory overload springs. I took them off, they made a racket going over bumpers. What did you do with that rare camper shell? Might be worth something to a collector. Old RV's are getting popular.

I went to it for the first time today. Imo better than Mopar nationals. Tons of truck parts for sweptlines and 72-93 Dodge trucks, seen quite a few sweptlines there and there had to be miles of trucks on display there. Never seen that many at a car show before.

Cerberus chose Petty to be the flagship team for Dodge. They thought Petty should be the flagship team since they were back in the 60s and 70s. Once Cerberus let go of Chrysler, and bankruptcy was filed the cash stopped going to Petty. The new owners decided to go with Penske. Its kinda like history repeating itself. I wonder how much longer Dodge with stay in Nascar this time?

Girlfriends want all your money. The last one dumped me because I wasn't spending enough on her. Kinda hard when you are on unemployment and you have more going out than coming in. I refer to my sweptline as the wife and kids.

I have heard duallies get worse traction. I always thought that was because the weight was spread out over the 4 wheels instead of 2 in the rear.

I looked on Kelly's website and didn't see a trailer tire. Goodyear does make a trailer tire, the Marathon but I have heard so many horror stories about the Marathon. A pricey tire too.

Brewers Performance in Ludlow Falls, Ohio specializes in Mopar 4 Speeds and can answer about all Mopar Questions. I've dealt with him over the years and he knows his stuff, his not cheap but you know what you are getting though.

Probably valve guides. My 70 swepty with a 318 did that. It drank the oil. Jegs has flywheels. I also found this

I put a 360 in my swepty. They do make a special flex plate for it assuming yours is a automatic. It has a crescent moon shape cut into it for balancing.
