I have a 65 D100 and it has a bad alternator. The only alternators I have left are 2 plug ins, as in 70 D100 . (my 65 is the one wire plug in) Is the 2 plug style an ez change over,? Mechanically it lines up and fits fine. I even have a couple of the regulators from a 1970 style triangular VR Gordo

I thought that is what I read. I however appreciate the conformation. "Mucho solidifies" to have mutual agreement especially since all these birthdays.
