Well since I don't really know the difference anyway - I'll stick with the NP420. If I have issues it's nice to know I could swap out to a NP435.

Where you see the difference is shifting up from 1st to 2nd
and shifting down from 3rd to 2nd. These shifts can be accomplished
by double clutching..... No big deal and not enough reason to swap the
tranny out for a NP435..... that's for sure.
