as usual you miss the point - the mounting points of a 2003 RAM and how this rack is mounted on a sweptline is VERY different - based on the photos and lack of detailed info when first posted leave the viewer with the opinion that the chance for a bump to influence the steering is VERY HIGH.
Call it bump steer, bump roll or jounce - whatever.
please do a better job presenting your case by taking more photos before posting.
