What truly IS crass and disgusting is those who would vote w/o studying the various viewpoints on the subject. To have a "poll" w/o an opportunity for any preceding discussion of the issue is also idiotic. That's probably why this crass and disgusting forum has such a great, user friendly feature that allows a person to change their vote once they become informed.
Uninformed voting is NOT voting with your brain or heart, it is voting with your brown nose.

'Viewpoints' have nothing to do with voting, unless you base your voting only on other people's feelings or guidance & instructions. Some people think for themselves and don't care to be bullied of coerced into voting with the crowd, or popular opinion, or what other people think for them. Around the world in nearly every country and civilized society it is considered immoral, unacceptable & reprehensible to try to manhandle or manipulate free--thought voting. Civilized, moral, upstanding, honest, decent and respectable people do not do that, but that may be a surprise to you.

Hmmmm, you seem to be calling yourself an idiot!

How quickly you forget your own posting of a poll by someone you know, where you [again, yet again] went ballistic, flew into a typical Terry rage, and of course turned to countless insults, when I tried to offer discussion! You then insisted that there was no discussion involved in a poll, that discussion was not called for or asked for or appropriate. You raised such a ruckus that the entire thread was deleted and a new 'Sales Tax on Internet Purchases' POLL thread was posted, and LOCKED FROM DISCUSSION!

You can't make up all the rules as you go along in life. I observed a very long time ago in the old forum that you apparently desired to appoint yourself lord & king over this forum to tell all the people how they should act and how they should think, to suit you, nobody else. The world according to Terry is something between your ears, not reality, and is unacceptable on a friendly community forum.

Your standard operating procedure is to raise such a stink and elevate tempers so high and throw in so much outright insult that a thread or posts in a thread get deleted, as in again, to suit Terry, nobody else. This has happened dozens upon dozens of times here simply because you are unable to conduct yourself here in a friendly & adult manner, free of insults and sour comments. You cannot tolerate people, everyone, not agreeing with you.

This is not a grammar school yard where you can bully everybody else into submission to your mantra. This is a free & open forum where people are allowed & encouraged to give THEIR VIEWPOINT and comment, whatever that may be. That is, within decency standards, which you continuously choose to ignore or push to the limits or beyond. If insults don't work you usually resort to profanity and raging outbursts in order to get a thread deleted to somehow win the argument in your own mind.

Are you at it yet again? Hoping to now get replies or thread content deleted? Still trying to bully your way through, and lord over this forum? All of this commotion now is because you refuse to allow others to think for themselves, no, they MUST AGREE WITH TERRY!

According to this most recent poll, at least 2 out of 3 do not.
