But the poor engineering just showed up in the last 3 weeks???. My point being that too many times I saw customers come in with a problem. They had been upsold lots of fancy stuff that masked the problem. We would correctly diagnose it and fix it. Then came the 5 o clock blues. I would have a customer dancing on my desk becaue of all the money he spent trying to fix it,, not what we did but all the other stuff. Sound silly huh but thats how people thing,, it was all Chrysler and my fault,, I need stress relief haha
