Thanks for all the replies. I'm pretty sure I have the correct master clutch cylinder. Mine is engages at different spots each time I drive it due it getting spongy after awhile. Most of the time it engages after the pedal has travelled half way up, but if it starts to get finicky, then it engages right right away. I called NAPA and they'll still honor a free replacement, so I'm going to get a brand new clutch master cylinder and I'll buy a new slave (sp?) cylinder as well from a different place. I have another line that I can run from the clutch to slave and will try that as well. Will post in the near future if after 20years I was able to get this thing right. Maybe it's an operator error on how I bleed it, though I've never had issues bleeding other types of hydraulic clutches for other vehicles before. Appreciate all the responses, that's why I love this forum. There's a lot of good people on it who are willing to spend their time answering questions. Mike M
