BFD Jimmied. Anybody can copy and paste. NOWHERE in all that smoke is there ANYTHING related to your fallacious "surge loop that influences fluid motion".
Still waiting on chapter, verse and a diagramed example that exists in the real world, not just in your wild imagination.
It's right there in front of your face, Terry:
"The pressure loss is divided in major loss due to friction and
minor loss due to change of velocity in bends, valves and similar.'
It wouldn't matter what I posted here because of a closed mind with only one real intent: to destroy my reputation & slander me. You demand references, I provide them complete with the mechanical formulas and you reject them. You demand an explanation, I provide it & you reject it. Only the lower portion credited to provider was copied, the rest was mine, by the way.
Maybe you'd like to share about your vast education & experience with the subject matter: hydraulics. You make it sound like you're an expert so how about answering my questions as to YOUR experience and where you got your knowledge? Seeing as you couldn't manage to even read & comprehend the information I posted, even though it was highlighted for your attention, I have some doubts about your experience & knowledge.
Tell me & the other forum members all about your extensive background in fluid mechanics so they can make an informed decision.
Also, you ignored the part I posted about Town Wagon & Town Panel systems having the coil but
also having the hydraulic line securely fastened to the firewall. Will you please explain how your idea that it's to allow the line to move is valid when these lines mentioned are also fastened securely, after the loop, before the slave?
